RESERVATIONS
Reservations requests are accepted year-round primarily by e-mail ( ppoint01@telus.net ), or by phone calls only after May 1, 2012. The single phone line is rarley answered during the busiest times of the season, so emails are preferred.
Returing customers have the option to reserve the same site and timeframe for the next season. (Let us know if you prefer to keep your credit card info on file with us.)
A 2 day deposit is required for each weeks stay with us.
Our email booking program is secured for credit card info to be provided online.
Less than a 2 day stay requires full payment for deposit.
Short-term reservations can be moved without notice in order to accomodate longer-term bookings, or large groups.
Maximum reservation per site is 1 month.
Cancellation requires 14 days notice prior to the confirmed check in date, for a refund of the deposit. (25 % fee applies)
No deposit refund if the 14 day cancellation policy is not met. (Email and dated phone message cancellations accepted)
Cancellations made while on-site may be refunded, but only if the site can be sold for the entire time it was reserved for. (25 % fee applies)
Credit cards required (Visa / MC / Amex) for reservation deposits, and cash or debit is acceptable to pay remaining balance upon arrival.
